Flight Of Four Tu-95MS Over The Neutral Waters Of The Chukchi, Bering and Okhotsk Seas

Four Tupolev Tu-95MS strategic missile carriers completed a planned 11-hour flight over the neutral waters. Bombers were flying over the Chukchi, Bering and Okhotsk Seas, as well as the northern part of the Pacific Ocean.

Tu-95s took off from air bases in the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug and the Amur Region.

At certain stages of flight, Russian planes were accompanied with US Air Force F-22 fighters.

Long-range pilots regularly fly over the neutral waters of the Arctic, North Atlantic, Pacific Ocean, Black and Baltic Seas.

All flights of are carried out in strict accordance with the International Rules for the Use of Airspace.

In May 2020, the US Air Force strategic bomber aircraft flew five times along the borders of the Russian Federation.
